After an action-packed first season, Daredevil: Born Again is officially making its return to Disney+ with season 2 — and fans couldn't be more excited. When Is Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Coming Out?
As of now, there's no official release date for season 2. However, according to Brad Winderbaum, Marvel’s Head of TV, Animation, and Streaming, filming started in late February 2025. That means the cameras have been rolling for almost two months already.
The good news? Showrunner Dario Scardapane hinted on Instagram that the new season is expected to drop in March 2026. So yeah, mark your calendars — this one’s worth the wait.

What Will the Story Be About?
Marvel hasn’t released an official plot yet, but there are some hints. Based on the season 1 finale and behind-the-scenes leaks, it looks like Matt and Karen are starting an underground resistance to fight back against Fisk’s rising political power.
Matt will also be rocking a new black Daredevil suit featuring a red "DD" logo, giving fans that nostalgic comic book vibe. Bullseye will also be returning with a refreshed costume, continuing his dangerous rivalry with Daredevil.
There’s also talk of possible appearances from other former Netflix Marvel heroes like Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist. While nothing is confirmed, Marvel producers aren’t ruling anything out.
One hero you won’t be seeing? Tom Holland’s Spider-Man. Due to licensing rights with Sony, it’s highly unlikely that Spidey will appear — at least on the small screen. But fans can still hope for a big-screen team-up someday!
