The 2025 MotoGP Americas Sprint Race at the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in Austin, Texas, delivered another exciting battle.
Marc Marquez from the Ducati Lenovo Team once again proved his dominance by securing his fifth consecutive sprint race victory this season, keeping his perfect record intact.
Starting from pole position, Marquez completed the race in 20 minutes and 35.270 seconds.
His younger brother, Alex Marquez, riding for the Gresini Racing team, put in a strong performance to finish second, trailing just under a second behind.
Meanwhile, Francesco "Pecco" Bagnaia, Marquez's teammate at Ducati Lenovo, took third place on the podium.
Marc Marquez had earlier secured pole position with a lap time of 2 minutes and 1.088 seconds, marking his third consecutive pole this season after the Thailand and Argentina GPs.
His incredible form this season has strengthened his lead in the 2025 MotoGP championship standings, where he now holds 86 points. Alex Marquez follows in second place with 67 points, while Bagnaia remains in the title fight with 53 points.
